Jasmeet Bajwa

Jasmeet Bajwa is a seasoned database operations and engineering professional with extensive experience leading database strategies and migrations to cloud environments. Currently serving as the Director of Database Operations/Engineering at Sandata Technologies, Jasmeet has successfully facilitated the transition of numerous SQL Server and Postgres databases to AWS while implementing multi-tenant architectures and ensuring minimal user downtime. Previously, as the Lead Data Architect at Renaissance Learning, Jasmeet developed effective ETL processes and managed the transition of data centers to cloud solutions utilizing various tools including Terraform and Ansible. Additional roles have included management positions in database administration and operations at Flatiron Health, Sandata Technologies, VERCUITY, Telwares Inc., and A1 Wireless, showcasing a robust background in high availability, disaster recovery, and database design. Jasmeet holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Electronics Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
