Andy Kasnetz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in arbitration, mediation, and business litigation. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law since 2021, Andy teaches classes in Arbitration and Pretrial Litigation. Additionally, Andy holds the title of Arbitrator and Mediator at the United States Arbitration and Mediation Service. As a Business Litigation Shareholder and Mediator at Sandberg Phoenix & von Gontard P.C. since 1998, Andy has played a pivotal role in managing complex business litigation across various industry sectors. Prior to this, Andy was a partner and founding member of Davis, Davis, Kasnetz & Greenberg for a decade and worked as an associate attorney at Shifrin & Treiman and Ziercher & Hocker. Andy began legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable John M. Karns, Jr. in the Illinois Appellate Court and holds a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law, complemented by education from The University of Kansas.
