Betty T.

Betty T. serves as the Head of AI Talent and Innovation at AI Singapore since 2023, where contributions focus on enhancing Singapore's AI capabilities through collaboration with research institutions and AI start-ups. Additionally, Betty is a contributing member of the Working Group on Innovation and Commercialization for the Global Partnership on Artificial Intelligence and part of the Industrial Advisory Committee at the National University of Singapore. At Google, roles include Program Manager and Project Manager, leading significant initiatives in benefits operations and talent acquisition. Betty has also been involved with the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore as Co-Chair of the Human Capital Committee and possesses extensive experience in R&D at Procter & Gamble. Educational qualifications include a PhD from the National University of Singapore and a strong background in chemical and biomolecular engineering, augmented by various executive education programs.
