Javier Agüera is the CEO and Co-Founder of Pandora's Way, focusing on transforming smartphone ownership for children. Agüera serves as a Board Trustee and member of the Governance Council at Sandbox, an eclectic community fostering personal and social impact. As a Deal Partner at Ganas Ventures, Agüera invests in community-driven startups in the US and Latin America. Agüera also instructs executive education workshops at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, engages with the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University on social media issues, and co-founded Barbara IoT to enhance machine learning applications. Additionally, Agüera acts as an angel investor and startup advisor through Nobu Ventures & Advisory and contributes to the eyeWitness to Atrocities program at the International Bar Association. Agüera has held various teaching and research roles at MIT and has experience leading strategic alliances at Snips.ai.
