Josh Cole

SVP, Marketing at Sandbox VR

Josh Cole is currently the SVP of Marketing at Sandbox VR. Prior to that, they were the Chief Marketing and Digital Officer at TITLE Boxing Club from April 2021 to June 2022. In that role, they were responsible for brand strategy and member acquisition, member retention and revenue growth across the company's 150 locations and streaming video platform. Josh also oversaw the digital content team for the online video platform and the performance marketing that drove subscriber growth.

Before joining TITLE Boxing Club, Cole was the Chief Marketing Officer at Sky Zone Franchise Group from December 2014 to April 2021. In that role, they were responsible for leading the company's franchise sales efforts and executing its marketing strategy. Josh also oversaw the operations of the company's 50+ franchises.

Cole began their career in 2002 as the Vice President of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Universal Studios Hollywood. In that role, they were responsible for developing and executing the studio's digital marketing strategy, as well as overseeing the ecommerce team. Josh left Universal Studios in 2014 to join Sky Zone Franchise Group as its Chief Marketing Officer.

Josh Cole received a Master of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and Economics from Boston University.
