Andrew McLaughlin is a seasoned executive with a diverse background in technology and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SandboxAQ, McLaughlin specializes in utilizing AI and quantum technologies to tackle cybersecurity challenges. As a member of the Board of Directors for Globant and Starknet Foundation, McLaughlin contributes to initiatives in digital transformation and decentralized systems. Co-founder and Partner at Higher Ground Labs, McLaughlin invests in tech startups aimed at strengthening democratic institutions. Previous roles include President & COO of Assembly OSM and Senior Advisor for Project Liberty, along with board positions at Electric Coin Company and Chartbeat. McLaughlin holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA in History from Yale University.
