Valentina Nikiforova

Valentina Nikiforova has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Valentina started their career in 2004 as an HR Manager at adidas Ukraine. Valentina then moved on to Nokia Siemens Networks Ukraine where they held various roles, including HR Manager for Ukraine, Moldova&Belarus and OHR Account Consultant. In 2007, they joined VAB Group as an HR Director before transitioning to Nokia Siemens Networks as the Head of HR for the Subregion TEC (Turkey, Eastern Europe and Central Asia) and later as the Change Management Lead for the North East Region. From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Global HR Director at Playtech. In 2016, they became the VP of Talent at Intellectsoft before assuming the role of Chief Operating Officer at sandbx in 2017.

Valentina Nikiforova completed their MBA from IMI-Kyiv in the years 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, between 1994 and 1999, they attended Kherson State University, though their degree and field of study are unknown.
