Sigfrid Kvasjord

Sigfrid Kvasjord is an experienced communications advisor currently working at Sandefjord kommune since May 2021. Prior to this role, Kvasjord spent over a decade at Østlands-Posten, where responsibilities included serving as front chief and as an all-round news journalist and front editor. Kvasjord's journalism career began at Vest-Nytt and also included positions at Sunnmørsposten, Vest-Telemark Blad, and summer jobs at Fyresdal kommune. Educational qualifications include a Høgskolekandidat in journalism from Nord University and a Bachelor in cultural and social sciences with a focus on social anthropology from the University of Bergen. Kvasjord has also attended various educational institutions, including Namdals folkehøgskole and Bø vidaregåande skule.
