Scott Worley is an accomplished manufacturing executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Sanden International since September 2015, Scott has effectively led production planning, purchasing, and customer service operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Previously, as Vice President of Compressor Production, Scott managed all direct and indirect operations, successfully navigating significant global challenges. Prior roles include Plant Manager at Dresser, Inc., where Scott oversaw the transition to SAP material resource planning, and Manager of Shop Operations, improving labor relations. Earlier in their career at Stanadyne LLC, Scott merged engineering and quality resources to enhance process methodologies. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Purdue University.
