Jeff Hatfield

Jeff Hatfield has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jeff started their career in 2005 at Nestlé as a Logistics Manager, where they were responsible for managing logistics operations. In 2006, they took on the role of Warehouse and Distribution Manager, overseeing warehouse operations and driving increased efficiencies. Between 2007 and 2009, they served as a Business Unit Manager at Nestlé. In 2009, they joined Blue Diamond Growers as a Site Director, where they successfully led the operations until 2019. From 2011 to 2015, Jeff worked at Nestlé as an Operations Manager and later as a Factory Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Manufacturing at Blue Diamond Growers.

Jeff Hatfield obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University-Sacramento between 2018 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University, which they pursued from 1997 to 2001.
