Kailash Dudeja

Kailash Dudeja has over 25 years of work experience in various managerial roles within the automotive industry. Since October 2021, they have been working as the Chief General Manager at Sanden Vikas India Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of General Manager Engineering at the same company from January 2016 to September 2021. Before joining Sanden Vikas India Pvt. Ltd., Dudeja worked as the DGM-R&D at Subros Limited from July 2010 to January 2016. From August 2007 to July 2010, they served as the DGM - R&D at Cummins, Inc. Dudeja's prior experience also includes working as a Manager at Rico Auto Industries Ltd from February 2006 to July 2007, and at Escorts Limited from September 1995 to February 2006.

Kailash Dudeja began their education in 1991 at the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra, where they completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. Kailash then pursued further education at the All Indian Management Association in New Delhi from 1999 to 2001, earning a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, Kailash studied at the BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell, obtaining a Master's degree in Design.
