Magdalena Tracz-Ganachari has a diverse work experience. From 2022 to present, they have been the Lead Project Manager at Finsweet. From 2019 to present, they have worked as a Teaching Assistant at Suffolks Primary School, where they supported individuals and small groups of pupils in specific areas of the curriculum, observed and monitored pupils' progress, and assisted in the maintenance of pupils' records of developments and attainments. Magdalena also worked as a Class Teacher at the Polish Saturday School in Enfield from 2019. From 2015 to 2019, they were a Shift Manager at McDonald's, where they followed company procedures for cash handling, health & safety and security, ensured the wellbeing of customers, staff and self at all times, and handled customer queries and complaints effectively and professionally. From 2019 to present, they have been an English Tutor at City & Islington College, where they conducted 1-to-1 sessions with 3 students, prepared and assessed training materials for English GCSE exams, and prepared and assessed written comprehension for English language. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Activities Lead at Stafford House Study Holidays (UK), where they planned and executed excursion trips in London, Oxford, Brighton and Canterbury, prepared fun-learning activity evenings for 150+ international students, and supervised groups of students.

Magdalena Tracz-Ganachari has a diverse educational background. Magdalena obtained their High School Diploma from Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej in 2015. Magdalena then went on to London Metropolitan University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies and English Literature in 2018, followed by a Master of Arts in Teaching Languages (English) in 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Language, Discourse & Communication at King's College London. Additionally, they have obtained a number of certifications, including a Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in 2022, a Basic Child Protection Awareness - Level 1 from Education Child Protection Ltd. in 2020, a Child Protection/Safeguarding Children & Young People - Level 1 from C.Y.P.S. in 2019, a D.B.S. check for Child Workforce from Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) in 2019, an Advance Shift Leadership Course from McDonald's in 2018, and a Basic Shift Management Course from McDonald's in 2016.
