Gerard Castellano

Gerard Castellano is an accomplished Service Manager with extensive experience in HVAC and mechanical services. Currently serving as Service Manager at Sander Mechanical Service since June 2023, Gerard oversees a team of 40 Technicians and 2 Field Supervisors. Prior experience includes a diverse role at Elliott Lewis Company from May 2015 to June 2023, where responsibilities encompassed service and account management as well as being a licensed HVAC contractor in New Jersey. From September 1988 to May 2015, Gerard held multiple positions at Monsen Engineering, including Service Manager, Corporate Safety Coordinator, Purchasing/Warehouse Manager, Buyer, and Journeyman/Service Technician. Gerard’s background features comprehensive oversight of service departments, safety protocols, purchasing, and technical service in various HVAC systems. Gerard also completed OSHA training in 2012.
