Dawn Hite has gained extensive experience in various roles within the real estate industry. Dawn began their career as a Realtor at Sanders Team Realty in 2018 and later became the Sales Director. In 2020, they transitioned to Sanders Realty Holdings, LLC, where they served as the President until 2023. Dawn also worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Atlantic Home Mortgage, utilizing their comprehensive understanding of real estate financing. Before their involvement in the real estate field, Dawn held administrative duties at Schoen Insulation Services, Inc. and played a pivotal role as the Owner of Dusk till Dawn Designs, LLC. In the early stages of their career, Dawn demonstrated leadership and strategic planning abilities as the Management of Sales and Operations at A Professional Conference Call.

Dawn Hite pursued their education from 2000 to 2005 at Georgia Gwinnett College, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, specializing in General Studies.
