Richard Blair has extensive experience in the automotive and construction industries, currently serving as the Shop Manager at Sanders Brothers Construction Company since October 2005, overseeing daily shop operations. Previously, Richard held the roles of Shop Foreman and Lead Technician within the same company. Prior to this, Richard worked at Altman Dodge Inc from March 1998 to October 2005 as a Technician, holding ASE master certification for seven years, as well as master certification in electrical diagnostics through Chrysler Corporation. Richard's educational background includes a vocational certificate in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology from Oakley Vocational, a high school diploma with a focus on the same field from Stratford High School, a management certificate from Trident Technical College, and a certificate in fleet management from the University of Central Florida.
