Sriram Baskaran

Sriram Baskaran is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Sandeza Inc since October 2024. Previously, Sriram held various leadership roles at Cognizant from July 2012 to September 2024, including Portfolio Lead for CMT NA, where oversight included an annual P&L of over $50M and management of over 500 global resources. Additional roles at Cognizant encompassed Delivery Director and Business Development Director, achieving significant revenue growth and overseeing large-scale operational transitions during mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Cognizant, Sriram worked at TCS as Engagement Partner, enhancing client relationships and service delivery, and held managerial positions at Home Solutions Retail India Limited and Precision Infomatic. Sriram holds a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Valliammai Polytechnic.
