Chadwick Johnson has extensive work experience in software engineering and technology roles. Chadwick started their career at Valdosta Technical College as a Technology Technician before moving to the Lowndes County Board of Education, where they worked as a Technology Technician and Web Admin. During this time, they gained experience in IT hardware and software installation and maintenance, as well as web development and administration.

In 2003, Chadwick founded Momentary Utopia, Inc., where they provided consulting, software development, and digital marketing services. Chadwick gained recognition for developing a popular time-boxing application called Tomatoi.st.
