Craig Crowder has over 20 years of work experience, with a strong background in software engineering. Craig started their career at Honeywell as a Senior Software Engineer from June 1998 to August 2003. Craig then joined Sandia National Laboratories in July 2003 as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead. At Sandia, they were a senior member of the technical staff and provided exceptional service in the national interest. In December 2003, Craig started their own Information Technology Consultation company. From September 2008 to February 2010, they served as the Chief Coach for the American Youth Soccer Organization.

Craig Crowder has a Master of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Michigan, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors of Science in Computer Science at The University of New Mexico from 1996 to 1999.
