Elsa Glassman

Elsa Glassman, CPT, has a strong background in corporate online learning, mentoring, and employee voice survey. Elsa started their career at AT&T in 1986 as a Senior Instructional Designer. From there, they moved to Bank of Boston in 1989 and served as a Senior Training Specialist. In 1992, Elsa joined Sandia National Laboratories, where they became the Team Lead for Corporate Online Learning, Mentoring, and Employee Voice Survey. Elsa's experience spans over several years and showcases their expertise in training and employee development.

Elsa Glassman, CPT, attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1985 to 1988 and studied Adult Education and Instructional Design. Elsa later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Special Education from Lesley University. Elsa also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Speech Education from Northwestern University. Prior to their higher education, they attended Lexington High School.
