Jezreel Bassett

Jezreel Bassett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and technical leadership within the fields of machine learning and engineering. Currently serving as the R&D Science & Engineering Manager at Sandia National Laboratories since October 2023, Jezreel previously held the position of Senior Machine Learning Project Manager at Levatas, overseeing end-to-end AI projects and managing client expectations. Prior roles include Software Project Manager at Tau Technologies, and Computer Science Graduate Fellow with the National Science Foundation's GK-12 Fellowship Program, focusing on integrating computer science into high school education. Jezreel's academic background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from New Mexico State University, complemented by an Associate's degree from San Juan College.
