Kent L. Hodges Jr.

Kent L. Hodges Jr. currently serves as the Manager of Information Systems Engineering at Sandia National Laboratories, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Kent held the role of Senior Operations Manager at ECS from April 2021 to April 2024 and was an Organizational Manager at Belcan from July 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities included leading projects using PMP or Agile methodologies and managing multiple front-line services. Earlier experience includes serving as a Continual Service Improvement Project Analyst at SAIC and working as an Innovation Engineer and IT Manager at The Kemtah Group, Inc. Kent’s background also features technical roles at Lockheed Martin and T-Mobile, as well as military service as a Communications NCO in the US Army Reserves. Kent holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University Global and an Associate of Science degree in Integrated Studies from Central New Mexico.
