Megan Donart has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Soccer Referee at the Gilbert Youth Soccer Association from 2014 to 2016. Megan then worked as a Technical Undergraduate Intern at Intel Corporation in 2019, where they collaborated with other interns to update and locate mechanical assets and led audits for mechanical systems. Megan also interned at Arizona Public Service - APS in 2020, where they focused on developing cost-saving strategies for radwaste disposal. Megan continued their internship at APS in 2021, working on decision making and document review for potential gas stripper abandonment. In 2022, Megan served as a Graduate Intern II at Honeywell, managing a project and conducting analysis on process inputs and potential failures. Megan is currently working as an Engineering Program/Project Lead at Sandia National Laboratories since 2023. During their time at New Mexico State University, Megan held various roles, including Graduate Teaching Assistant and Academic Tutor, where they mentored STEM undergraduates and provided tutoring in chemistry, physics, math, and chemical engineering.

Megan Donart completed their high school education at Higley High School, earning a High School Diploma in 2017. Megan then attended New Mexico State University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management at New Mexico State University, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
