Michael Hirsch

Michael Hirsch began their work experience as a Director at USC Esports in 2016, followed by being appointed as Student President in 2017. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Geek Squad Agent, providing technical assistance and repairs for operating systems and hardware. In 2021, they joined ECS as a Desktop Support Technician, where they supported customers with technological challenges and coordinated infrastructure projects. Michael then advanced to the role of Windows Technical Lead in 2022, serving as a point of knowledge and escalation for complex issues and managing smaller teams within the department. In 2023, they transitioned to Sandia National Laboratories as a Principal Enterprise Systems Technologist.

Michael Hirsch completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from USC Marshall School of Business from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, they obtained the ACiT certification from Apple.
