Sean Hendrickson has a wide range of experience in data warehouse development and project management. Sean started their career as a Maintenance System Programmer at Air Force Personnel Center in 1994 and then took on the role of Personnel Database Manager. Sean continued to gain experience in the field by becoming the Manager of the Civilian Database Section at Air Force Personnel Center. In 2002, they joined the Defense Threat Reduction Agency as the NIMACS Team Leader. Sean then worked at Plus Group as a Data Warehouse Developer, where they led the development of the company's core Data Warehouse. After that, they joined GAITS as a Data Warehouse Developer. Currently, Sean is working at Sandia National Laboratories as an IT Project Lead, where they manage resources and budget for the Stockpile Evaluation/Surveillance Systems. Sean also develops and maintains the Enterprise Data Warehouse using Oracle Data Integrator and develops Business Intelligence solutions using SQL Server Reporting Services and SQL Server Analysis Services.
Sean Hendrickson obtained an Associates of Applied Arts degree in Computer Programming from the Community College of the Air Force from 1985 to 1995. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Southwest Texas State University and received a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree in Applied Arts and Science. Sean Hendrickson then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from UNM - Anderson School of Management from 2011 to 2014. In addition, they obtained certifications from Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster® in March 2016 and from The Data Warehousing Institute as a Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) - Data Integration in August 2012.
