Guido Baumgärtner

Guido Baumgärtner has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Guido began their career at Sandler AG in 2005 as a Group Leader in Human Resources, a role they held until 2011. In 2012, they took on the position of Head of Human Resources/Organisation at the same company, and held this role until 2018. In January 2019, Guido was promoted to the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Sandler AG.

Guido Baumgärtner pursued higher education from 1998 to 2002 at the University of Applied Sciences Hof, where they obtained a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) degree in Business Administration.
