Karina Agababian

Karina Agababian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and customer service. Since December 2014, Karina has served as the Director of Operations and Customer Service at SpeechTrans Inc, where responsibilities include understanding customer objectives, addressing feedback, and driving operational excellence. As the founder and president of First Choice Hire since September 2007, Karina also manages contract projects, analyzing project needs. Additionally, Karina has held roles as Project Manager and Office Manager at Sandler Training, managing office operations and procedures, and has further experience in project management from previous positions at Follett Software and iPromo LLC.
