Cara Lemire has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Cara is currently the Director of the Women in eDiscovery New York Chapter, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Social Media Director, NY Chapter from November 2020 to December 2022, and as the Secretary, NY Chapter from May 2019 to November 2020. From April 2017 to May 2019, they were the Membership Director- NY Chapter of the same organization.
Cara also has experience in the eDiscovery industry, having worked as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sandline Global since September 2022. At Consilio LLC, they held the position of Manager, Global Business Development & Strategic Client Solutions from August 2018 to August 2022. Previously, they worked at IST Management as a Managing Vice President from January 2018 to July 2018, and as a National Account Manager from April 2015 to April 2016.
Their other roles include being a Business Development Manager at Lighthouse eDiscovery from April 2016 to January 2017, Marketing, Media, and Events Associate at UOVO from March 2014 to September 2014, and Assistant Account Executive at Aria Marketing from 2013 to 2014.
Cara's early career included roles as an Annual Fund/Alumni Relations Student Associate at Brown University from April 2011 to May 2013 and as a Writing Tutor/Teaching Assistant at Muhlenberg College in 2009.
Cara Lemire completed their education with a BA in Literary Arts with Honors from Brown University from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a diverse range of subjects including English, Theatre, Psychology, Philosophy, Dance, and Media & Communications at Muhlenberg College from 2008 to 2010. Their educational journey began at Pingree School from 2004 to 2008, where they achieved the distinction of being on the Headmaster's List, Honor Roll, and received Distinction.
