Chiara Palazzi

Chiara Palazzi is an accomplished professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as the Global HCM Lead Talent and Performance at Sandoz since September 2020, where additional roles include Co-Lead of the Global EmpowerTheir Community of Belonging and Global Director Talent Management. Prior experience at Novartis from April 2016 to August 2020 includes positions such as People & Organization Business Partner and Category Manager Workforce Solutions & HR Services. Chiara has also held the role of Operations Manager RPO EMEA at access KellyOCG GmbH and served as Operations Manager and Branch Manager at Kelly Services between April 2007 and February 2015. Early career experience includes working as a Conferences and Training manager at blue! advancing european projects and as a Postdoctoral Scientist at the Technical University of Munich. Educational qualifications include a Post-Doc in Organic Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich, a PhD in Chemistry from RWTH Aachen University, and a Laurea in Industrial Chemistry from Università Ca' Foscari Venezia.
