Jaroslaw Pyl

Jaroslaw Pyl has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jaroslaw started their career as a Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in 1999 and stayed there until 2004. Jaroslaw then joined Novartis as a Finance Manager from April 2004 to May 2006. After that, they worked at Solver as a Manager from June 2006 to August 2010. Jaroslaw returned to Sandoz in August 2010 as a Manager Financial Reporting & Accounting, and later became the Head Financial Reporting & Systems from August 2012 to June 2015. Jaroslaw then moved to Novartis and held the position of Division Reporting Lead Sandoz from July 2015 to January 2017. Jaroslaw was then promoted to Senior Business Planning & Analysis Manager and worked in this role from February 2017 to November 2019. In December 2019, they took on the position of Lead BPA S4/Hana Everest Program at Sandoz until July 2020. Jaroslaw then became the Global Head Data & Tools / Head Planning Systems at SANDOZ from July 2020 to August 2023. Currently, Jaroslaw serves as the Global Head Financial & Management Reporting at Sandoz starting from August 2023.

Jaroslaw Pyl completed their Master's Degree in Finance & Banking at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 1992 to 1997. Jaroslaw also holds additional certifications in ACCA and Certified Hyperion Financial Management Administrator from ACCA and Oracle Hyperion respectively.
