Jean Steiner

Jean Steiner currently serves as the Head Rewards Business Partnering International and Executive Rewards Lead at Sandoz since March 2023, having also held the position of Director Equity Rewards at Novartis from February 2022 to February 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager Employment Tax - Rewards at Novartis and extensive roles at KPMG and Deloitte within Global Mobility Services and Global Employer Services, including various managerial and consulting positions from March 2010 to January 2022. Jean holds a Bachelor of Science ZFH in Business Administration with a major in General Management and a minor in International Management from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, completed between 2015 and 2017.
