Julen Rebollo Múgica

Julen Rebollo Múgica has a diverse background in data analysis and academia. Julen is currently working as an Associate Professor at the University of Alicante since October 2022. Prior to this, they were an Advanced Analytics Lead at Sandoz starting from January 2021. Julen also worked at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Data Scientist from May 2020 to December 2020, and as a Data Scientist from August 2018 to May 2020. In addition, Julen had a role as a Data Scientist Trainee at O2O - MO2O I Digital Business, Mobile One2One from February 2018 to May 2018. Julen started their career as a Sales Analyst at DIARIO INFORMACIÓN from February 2017 to May 2017.

Julen Rebollo Múgica completed a Máster Universitario en Métodos Analíticos para Datos Masivos: Big Data in Mathematics and Computing at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Degree in Mathematics from Universitat d'Alacant, spanning from 2012 to 2017. In addition, they have acquired various certifications, including Leading in a Remote Environment from HarvardX and a black belt in Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate do Kyokai, both obtained in 2023. Julen also has certifications in Building a Data Science Team, Convolutional Neural Networks, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Análisis de datos con Python, all acquired between 2017 and 2021. Julen received scholarships for Big Data: Fundamentos Tecnológicos y Aplicaciones Prácticas from Universidad de Alicante in 2016, and for Estadística Multivariante aplicada a datos ambientales from the same university in the same year.
