Karen Butz de Leon

Karen Butz de Leon, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Government Pricing at Sandoz, a position held since March 2021. Previously, Karen held various roles including Senior Claims Analyst and Claims Analyst II. Prior experience includes working at Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. as a Data Quality Analyst and Rebate Analyst, as well as serving as a Business Operations Coordinator for the American Red Cross, where responsibilities included budget monitoring and financial analysis. Karen holds a Master of Business Administration in Business Analytics from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Penn State University, complemented by studying at The Institute at Palazzo Ruccellai in Florence, Italy.
