Kristen Jones

Kristen Jones is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic internal communications and change management. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at Sandoz since 2022, Kristen leads a cross-functional team to enhance employee engagement and messaging alignment. Previously at Novartis from 2013 to 2020, Kristen advanced from Senior Communications Manager to various leadership roles, including Director of Communications (ad interim), where Kristen successfully executed global communication strategies for digital transformation. Kristen's diverse background also includes experience as Global Communications Manager focusing on IT, Culture, D&I, and innovation, where initiatives included a global crowdsourcing event that engaged over 165,000 associates. Kristen began their career at Euro RSCG as an Art Director/Copywriter and Assistant Account Executive. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University.
