Maya Galanina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise risk management, strategy, and digital marketing within the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Risk Management and Head of Strategy and Transformation at Sandoz since September 2015, Maya has played a key role in shaping corporate ethics and risk compliance functions, managing a team of over 90 associates. Previous positions include leading the Portal Program for Global Customer Engagement, refining commercial processes in Europe, and overseeing digital media strategy in Central and Eastern Europe for OTC products. Prior experience includes brand management at Johnson & Johnson and a marketing associate role at Ferrero, along with various internships. Maya holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the National Research University – Higher School of Economics and has further educational qualifications from INSEAD and IEDC - Bled School of Management.
