Naja Kundby

Naja Kundby is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Head QA for the Nordics at Sandoz since September 2022, Naja oversees quality assurance efforts across Denmark, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Naja has held various leadership positions, including Head QA Operations in Denmark at Novartis Healthcare and Sandoz A/S, and Director of QA at Ferrosan Medical Devices A/S. Naja's earlier career includes roles such as QA Manager and QC Manager at Sandoz, and QC Specialist and Qualified Person (QP) at LEO Pharma. Naja's expertise spans quality control systems and product release for both non-sterile and sterile products, supported by a foundation in pharmacy and quality assurance functions.
