Oanh Tran

Oanh Tran has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational management. Starting in 2007, they served as the Manager of Human Resources and Administration at Thien Viet Securities (TVS), an independent investment bank. From 2009 to 2013, Oanh worked as the HR Manager at GL Noble Denton, a full-service provider in the oil and gas industry. Oanh then joined Novo Nordisk Pharma Operation A/S, a Danish company, as the People & Organisation Manager from 2013 to 2015. Following this, Oanh held the position of Manager of Human Resources at Alcon Pharmaceuticals Ltd., a division of Novartis, from 2015 to 2018. Currently, Oanh is employed as the Head of People & Organization at Sandoz, where they have been since 2018.

Oanh Tran graduated from Ho Chi Minh City Law University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law. Prior to that, they attended Tri Dung Business School in Ho Chi Minh City from 1992 to 1993, earning a Certificate in Business Administration. From 1986 to 1991, Oanh studied at Danang University, where they obtained a B.A. in Education. Finally, they pursued a Certificate in Human Resources Management at Swinburn University, with their start year listed as 1998 and no end year specified.
