Rita Németh dr. L.LM has extensive work experience in the legal field. Rita started their career at Heinzelmann and Partners Attorneys at Law in 2005, where they worked as an attorney at law and partner until 2014. In 2015, they joined evopro group as a Corporate Legal Counsel, providing comprehensive legal support to management and junior managers, as well as negotiating with authorities and domestic and foreign partners. Rita also handled contact and negotiations with mandated law firms. From 2016 to 2021, Rita worked at Bayer, where they held various roles including Legal Advisor, Legal Counsel, Member of the Communication Ethics Committee, and Senior Legal Counsel. Currently, they are the Head of Legal at Sandoz, starting in September 2021.

Rita Németh dr. L.LM completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law and governance at the University of Szeged from 1996 to 2001. Rita further pursued their education at Andrásy University Budapest, earning a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Comparative law and governance, law of the European Union from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained an interpreter and translator certificate in German from the University of Debrecen, English-American Institution, General Interpreter Examination Committee in 2010.
