Roman Šinágl

Roman Šinágl is an experienced professional in CRM operations and data analytics, currently serving as the Head of CRM Operations at Sandoz since November 2011. Roman has a strong background in developing data management strategies and leading teams focused on Sales Force Effectiveness, including infrastructure setup, data quality management, and resource allocation. Previous roles include CRM Data & Analytics Lead and SCOUT SFE & Data Integration Lead, where Roman managed sales data, drove organizational changes, and ensured high standards in analytics and reporting. With degrees in Information Management and Applied Informatics from the Prague University of Economics and Business, along with a foundation in electrical engineering, Roman combines technical expertise with strategic insight to enhance business performance.
