Tor-Øivind Gunstrøm

Tor-Øivind Gunstrøm has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Tor-Øivind started their career in 1986 at the Institute for Energy Technology, where they worked as a Database Programmer. Tor-Øivind gained experience in project work and graphical design in connection with process-control systems and Sybase databases. In 1990, they joined NILU – Norwegian Institute for Air Research as a Unix and Database Administrator. Tor-Øivind played a key role in transforming the institute's IT systems and was responsible for Sybase-based database development and design.

In 1998, Tor-Øivind joined Million Handshakes AS as the Head of Project Department. Tor-Øivind successfully grew the consultancy department and managed long-term account management and support for customers. Tor-Øivind later became the Development Manager, responsible for product development, and then the CTO, where they led the product development team and managed international projects.

From 2001 to 2002, Tor-Øivind worked at Wide Computing AS as a Marketing and Project Manager. Tor-Øivind worked on developing strategic partnerships with search engines in the US and successfully presented the company's product and business idea.

Since 2002, Tor-Øivind has been employed at Eniro. Tor-Øivind held various roles, including Manager Content Database Development, where they were responsible for multiple teams and the Nordic Center of Excellence for Oracle development. Tor-Øivind also served as the Manager of Customer Experience Norway and Manager of Digital Solutions - Development NO, working on sales support systems and product development. Currently, Tor-Øivind serves as the Head of IT-Operations and CRM at Eniro, leading a team across multiple countries and overseeing the maintenance and development of the CRM solution.

Tor-Øivind Gunstrøm obtained a Certified Scrum Master degree from ScrumAlliance in 2013. In the period from 1988 to 1990, they attended Østfold University College (HiØ) where they pursued Information Technology, although their specific degree name is unknown.
