Earlier roles at Sandoz included Head of Commercial Excellence & Digital European Cluster, where Sven drove growth across five countries. Prior to Sandoz, Sven held key positions at Novartis, leading global digital channel engagement and social media strategy. Sven also led EY's Digital Transformation Advisory Practice in Switzerland, assisting clients with their digital business model transformation. Sven's career began in marketing management at Kreissparkasse Esslingen-Nürtingen, pioneering data-driven marketing initiatives. Sven holds a Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker degree from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The Open University.
