Victoria Saprina is an experienced project management professional with a strong background in localization and technology transfer within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management (Localization) at Sandoz since August 2020, Victoria leads strategic projects, ensuring high-level execution and cross-functional collaboration while personally managing key initiatives. Prior experience includes roles at Novartis as Localization Projects Lead, and at BIOCAD, where Victoria was involved in key technological transfer management positions. With a degree in Chemical Technology from Mendeleyev University, Victoria has developed expertise in project planning, risk management, and interdisciplinary coordination, contributing to successful project outcomes and organizational growth.
