Raymond Choi

Raymond Choi is an accomplished engineering and asset management professional with extensive experience in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Asset Management at Sands China since February 2025, Raymond previously held the position of Commercial Manager at DATALEC PRECISION INSTALLATIONS LIMITED, specializing in data center works across multiple countries. Prior roles include Senior Commercial Manager (MEP) at ISG, where involvement in the UCL Institute of Neurology project was notable, and various managerial and surveying positions at Wates Group, Gammon Construction Limited, Brookfield Multiplex, Mace Group, and Laing O'Rourke. Raymond Choi earned a PGDip in Quantity Surveying from London South Bank University and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering with Business Management from the University of Surrey.
