Adam Scherr

Adam Scherr is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Sands Investment Group since May 2013. In this role, Adam oversees the acquisition and disposition of net lease investments for private investors and institutions nationwide, contributing to the firm's impressive track record of over 4,500 transactions valued at more than $8 billion. Prior to this position, Adam held a role in sales and business development at NativeEnergy, Inc. Adam's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont and studies in Nautical Science and Oceanography at the Sea Education Association.
