Adrian S. has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as Headcook for the State of Connecticut since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing food production for over 500 students and maintaining comprehensive records of kitchen operations. Previous roles include Regional Float Cook and Cook for the State of Connecticut, as well as positions at Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation Center and The Stand Vegan Café, where Adrian contributed to kitchen operations and improvement initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as Kitchen Supervisor at Wahlburgers, conducting food-related operations at Milkcraft, and working in various capacities at Long Ridge Dental and The Cheesecake Factory. Adrian holds a High School diploma from Trumbull High School and also graduated from MWC Academy of Self Defense with a focus on personal awareness and self-improvement.
