Kate Mulley

Kate Mulley is the Director of Research, Education, and Policy at Sands. Kate previously served as the Director of Policy and Campaigns at Action for Children, where Kate led campaigns, policy, public affairs, and research initiatives. With a background in policy management and advocacy, Kate has also held roles at organizations such as the Local Government Association and Victim Support. Kate holds a degree in Counselling from Birkbeck, University of London and a BSocSci in Politics, Psychology, and Social Policy from The University of Manchester.
