Mike Sands has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 as a Sales Specialist at IBM. Mike then worked as a Sales Manager at PCHS Staffing Solutions, Inc. from 2000 to 2005. From 2006 to 2009, they served as a Territory Manager at Snowden Pencer Plastic & Recon Surgery, a division of Cardinal Health. Sands then became an Orthopedic Sales Consultant at Smith & Nephew Orthopedics from 2009 to 2014. In 2010, they became the Principal Distributor at Sands Surgical, LLC, working with independent sales representatives. SandsRx, LLC was founded in 2013, where they served as the CEO & Co-Founder of the family-owned pharmacy specializing in specialty and compounded medications. Most recently, they co-founded TransferMyRx in 2023, where they currently hold the position of Co-Founder & CEO.
Mike Sands attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communication.
