Dr. Grant Schmidt, MBA has had a diverse range of work experience throughout their career. Dr. Grant has held various leadership roles in the education sector, including Superintendent/Principal at Hanover School District 28 and Chief Human Resources Officer at Summit School District. Dr. Schmidt has also worked as a Senior Vice President at EdisonLearning, where they provided support to clients in the education sector. Additionally, they have served as a college instructor at the University of Northern Colorado and the University of Phoenix. Dr. Schmidt's experience also includes teaching at various school districts and founding a swim club. Currently, they are working as the Human Resources Director at Sandstone Care.
