Nicole Bancroft is an experienced property professional with a strong background in residential property investment and management. Currently serving as a Property Sourcer at Grant Property since December 2020, Nicole supports a diverse clientele, including investors and business owners. Prior roles include Lettings Negotiator and Property Coordinator at Leonard Property Group, and Client Success Manager at Pass the Keys, where successful property management and client relations were emphasized. With additional experience as a Lease Coordinator at DJ Alexander and a Customer Service Representative at Royal London, Nicole's expertise encompasses tenant sourcing, property management, and customer service. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Open University and an HNC in Communication and Media Studies from Edinburgh College.

We look after sourcing, renovation, furnishing and management as well as arranging bank lending at up to 75% ltv to build a tailored portfolio of scale on behalf of international clients. We have teams in 10 UK cities backed by RICS surveyors, property lawyers, specialist lenders and structuring advisors. We focus on large traditional properties in UK university cities and we’ve helped clients from over 40 countries invest over £650m and counting.
