The Property Management team at Sandstone Investment and Management is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of residential real estate assets within client portfolios. This includes sourcing, selecting, renovating, furnishing, letting, and ongoing property management to ensure high-quality, low-risk investments. The team works to maximize yield and returns through strategic, proactive asset management and gearing, delivering exceptional performance and leveraging bank finance for amplified returns.
