Kathy Pace has extensive experience in the field of education, serving as the Elementary School Principal at Sandusky City School District since August 1996, where responsibilities include leading staff and students, and implementing initiatives to enhance student achievement and test scores. Previously, Kathy taught at Mills Elementary School, focusing on diverse student learners and employing effective teaching strategies to improve proficiency scores. Additionally, Kathy has held adjunct instructing positions at Bowling Green State University and Cuyahoga Community College, educating graduate and undergraduate students on administrative careers in education and fundamental characteristics of successful teaching. Kathy earned a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Bowling Green State University.
